Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Adds beef, eggs, onion, oil, 2 1/2 Tbsp BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs to a large bowl. Mix with hands to combine. Form into loaf shape; center on the baking sheet.
Step 2
Bake 30 min. Remove from oven; top with remaining 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce. Return to oven; bake, 25-30 min, or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees F.
