Ingredients
Vanilla ice cream
1 cup Mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
3/4 cup Whole milk
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour

Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Grease your heart-shaped donut pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix vanilla, eggs, milk, and butter. Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 3
Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe 1/2 of the way full into your heart-shaped donut pan. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack until completely cooled.
Step 4
Once the donuts are cooled, cut them in half and scoop vanilla ice cream into the middle of the two halves. Place the ice cream sandwiches back into the freezer for 1-2 hours to allow the ice cream to harden back up before serving!
