1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 Lime, juiced

1 Small avocado
Shrimp
Bamboo skewers
1 tsp. Chili powder
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 Lime, juiced
1 pound Raw, peeled shrimp

Method
Step 1
Preheat the BBQ to medium heat.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt, garlic and chili powder.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and toss to coat them in the marinade.
Step 4
Let sit for 5-10 minutes and then thread the shrimp onto skewers, 4-5 to each skewer.
Step 5
Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes per side, or until they are completely pink and cooked through.
Step 6
Meanwhile, make the dressing.
Step 7
Blend the avocado, sour cream, lime juice and salt until smooth. Add water to thin the dressing if needed.
Step 8
Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Step 9
In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, avocado, mango, red pepper and tomatoes.
