      • 2 cups Beef broth
      • 1 tsp. Caraway seed
      • 1 Small cabbage, cut into wedges
      • 1 tsp. Dry mustard
      • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
      • 1 Garlic clove, minced
      • 1 Beef bouillon cube
      • 2 cups Baby carrots
      • 6 Red potatoes, peeled and halved
      • 1 Medium onion, sliced
      • 2 1/2 pounds Corned beef brisket

    • Step 1
      Trim brisket of all visible fat.
    • Step 2
      Spray a large slow cooker with nonstick spray.
    • Step 3
      Place onion, potatoes, and carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker and place corned beef on top.
    • Step 4
      Whisk together bouillon, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and beef broth.
    • Step 5
      Pour the liquid over brisket.
    • Step 6
      Sprinkle the included spice packet over the corned beef (optional). Cover pot.

      Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours, adding cabbage wedges and caraway seed for the last hour of cooking.
