This is Family’s favorite slow cooker recipe! It's so simple, you just need a crockpot, chicken and some ingredients. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden, 3 minutes per side. Then put all ingredients into a crockpot, and cook. You can also use boneless skinless chicken thighs, it may be better!
