4 tbsp. Barbecue sauce
40 g Mature cheese (in 4 slices)
1/2 Cucumber
1 Tomato
4 leaves Dutch lettuce
1 Rusk
1 Egg
1 tbsp. Dried Italian herbs
400 g Ground beef

Method
Step 1
Finely rub the rusk. Knead the ground beef with the Italian herbs, the rusk crumb and the egg and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Form a minced beef burger by hand. Cut out the center with a round shape. You constantly knead the extended round through the rest of the minced meat. Make 4 burgers with a hole in it and bake them for 15 minutes on the barbecue or grill pan.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut open the balls and cover the lower halves with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Put the hamburger on it and fill the holes with barbecue sauce. Cover the hamburgers with the cheese and place the caps on the sandwiches.
