2 tbsp. Fresh basil, sliced1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced1/2 cup Black olives, sliced1 cup Cucumber, diced1 cup Green bell pepper, diced1 cup Red bell pepper, diced1 1/4 cups Salami, cubed8 oz. Mozzarella, cubed1 packet Grape tomatoes, halved1 pound Spaghetti, cooked Freshly ground black pepper Kosher salt1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes1 tsp. Paprika1 tsp. Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, parmesan, garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, salami, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, olives and onion. Pour over dressing until ingredients are combined and completely coated. Garnish with basil and serve.
