      • 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
      • 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
      • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
      • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
    • Banana Bread
      • 3 Ripe bananas, mashed
      • 1/2 tsp. Espresso powder
      • 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
      • 1/4 cup Sour cream
      • 1 Large egg plus egg yolk
      • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
      • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
      • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
      • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
      • 1 tsp. Baking soda
      • 2 cups All-purpose flour
      • Cooking spray, for pan

    03 Method
    • Step 1
      Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
    • Step 2
      In another large bowl, mix together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and egg yolk, sour cream, vanilla and espresso powder. Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
    • Step 3
      Make crumb topping: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add butter and use fingers (or a fork) to cut in the butter until the mixture looks like small crumbles. Scatter crumb topping over batter.
    • Step 4
      Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.Slice and serve.
