02 Ingredients

Cranberry Vodca cocktails
- fresh cranberries and lemon slices for garnish
- ice
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz. triple sec orange liqueur
- vodka oz. 4
- 8 oz. cranberry simple syrup or cranberry juice
Cranberry Simpe Syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Step 1

For the Cranberry Simple Syrup: Add cranberries, water and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2

Stir often to break up cranberries.
Step 3

Remove from heat and cool slightly. Speed up cooling by placing in the freezer for 5 - 10 minutes.
Step 4

Strain cranberries and reserve for another use or discard.
Step 5

Pour cranberry simple syrup into a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 6

For the Cranberry Vodka: Mix cranberry simple syrup, vodka, triple sec and lemon juice together.
Step 7

Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour Cranberry Vodka over ice.
Step 8

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh cranberries if desired.
