    • Step 1
      Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, chicken sausage, and Monterey Jack cheese in a crock pot or slow cooker.
    • Step 2
      Cook on low for 90 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese to the top. Sprinkle with bacon.
    • Step 3
      Cover and cook for another 30 minutes on low. Remove the slow cooker insert from the base. Garnish with green onions. Serve with chips.
