      • Chopped chives
      • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided
      • 1 tsp. garlic powder
      • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
      • 1/2 cup hot (or Buffalo) sauce
      • 8 oz. full fat cream cheese, softened
      • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

    • Step 1
      Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder and 2/3 of the cheddar cheese in the slow cooker (2qt or larger).
    • Step 2
      Cook on LOW for 1 1/2 hours, then stir and add the remaining cheese. Cover and cook for 30 more minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    • Step 3
      Top with the chives and crumbled blue cheese and serve with Tortilla Chips.
