- 1 toasted bread

Step 1

First, toast a slice of bread. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out the center of the toasted bread.
Step 2

Heat a medium size frying pan on medium-high heat. Melt a teaspoon of butter. Place the cutout toast on the frying pan.
Step 3

Gently place an egg in the center of the toast, and cook until whites are opaque, and egg yolk is hot, but still runny.
