    02 Ingredients
      • 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
      • 1/2 cup white vinegar
      • 1 1/2 cups buffalo sauce
      • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
      • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
      • 3 tbsp. cornmeal
      • 1/4 cup diced onion or green scallions
      • 1 egg
      • 1 pound ground chicken

    03 Method
    • Step 1
      Mix together your ground chicken, egg, cornmeal, onion/scallions, garlic powder and onion powder. Fold ingredients together until well combined. Place in the fridge 15-20 minutes for easier handling.
    • Step 2
      Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare parchment paper over two baking sheets.
    • Step 3
      Create inch size meatballs and place on the parchment covered baking sheets. Making approx 24 meatballs.
    • Step 4
      Place in oven for 5-6 minutes or until edges are browned. Set in crock pot and cover with buffalo sauce. Set crock pot on low for 2 hours.
