    02 Ingredients
      • 2 slices Tomato for garnish
      • 4 slices Cucumber for garnish
      • Pepper
      • Salt
      • 1 cup Caisim chopped
      • 1 Red Chilies
      • 2 tbsp. Sweet Soy Sauce
      • 1/2 tsp. Shrimp Paste
      • 2 Red Chilies
      • 4 cloves Garlic
      • 5 Shallots
      • 1 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
      • 2 Eggs
      • 3 cups Cooked Rice

    03 Method
    • Step 1
      Grind shallots, garlic, chilli pepper, shrimp paste and salt until smooth and evenly mix.
    • Step 2
      Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
    • Step 3
      Add the spice mix and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
    • Step 4
      Add eggs and stir until become scramble egg.
    • Step 5
      Add shredded chicken, chilli pepper and rice to the scramble egg. Stir until evenly mix.
    • Step 6
      Lastly add black pepper, salt, sweet soy sauce and bokcoy.
    • Step 7
      Serve and garnish with tomato and cucumber.
