This pitaya bowl is really healthy! It’s made with fruits and coconut milk so it’s vegan and full of healthy nutrients and vitamins. You can even add protein powder to this recipe if you want to boost your morning and keep you full longer! If you do that be sure to add a little extra milk as needed until it reaches your desired consistency.
