1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved

Method
Step 1
Melt butter in a medium saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic salt.
Step 2
Add Brussels sprouts to the pan and saute over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until tender on the inside and a brilliant green hue.
