    • Step 1
      Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    • Step 2
      Set air fryer to 350℉.
    • Step 3
      Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure there is room between them.
    • Step 4
      Put basket into the air fryer, and close it. Then start the air fryer. Cook in the air fryer for 18-22 minutes.
    • Step 5
      Flip chicken thighs at 10 minutes, and cook for additional 8 minutes.
    • Step 6
      Use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken, cook until it reaches 165℉.
