    03 Method
    • Step 1
      Preheat a Breville panini press and grill on the sear setting. Put the meat in a bowl and mix in the burger seasoning. Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
    • Step 2
      Place the burgers on the panini press and lower the top plate. Cook until medium-rare, 4 to 6 minutes, or to your desired doneness, raising the top plate and placing a slice of cheese on top of each burger during the last minute of cooking. Transfer to a platter.
    • Step 3
      Brush the cut sides of the buns with butter. Place the buns, cut side down, on the panini press and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute. Place the burgers on the bottom buns and top with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. Drizzle with sauce, cover with the top half of the buns and serve immediately.
