1 tbsp. chopped parsley optional

Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the heat and stir in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the onion mixture, beef, bacon, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg, 2 tablespoons of water and cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Mix together until well blended. Form 4 individual meatloaves and place them on a prepared sheet pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of ketchup over each meatloaf.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley if desired, then serve.
