    • Step 1
      In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. In a separate medium bowl, whisk egg, peanut butter, and milk until smooth. Fold flour mixture into liquid, gently stirring until just combined.
    • Step 2
      In a large greased skillet over medium heat, cook pancakes in batches of 3. Drop batter by the tablespoon onto hot skillet and cook on each side 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, flipping once. Repeat with the remaining batter.
