- sprigs of dill for garnish
- 16 sliced white sandwich bread
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

03 Method

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely incorporated. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped dill, and diced cucumber.
Step 2

Spread on 8 slices of sandwich bread. Top with sprigs of dill, then closes sandwiches with remaining bread slices. Cut crusts from bread, forming square sandwiches.
Step 3

Cut each sandwich into quarters on the diagonal, creating 4 triangle mini-sandwiches each. Serve with tea. Enjoy!
