    • Step 1
      Shred carrots, pineapple, red bell pepper, and cabbage,chopped scallions, mint, cilantro, roasted peanuts and then toss together Asian Slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
    • Step 2
      Place peanut butter,gluten-free soy sauce,sesame oil,lime juice,honey,ginger,garlic,red pepper flakes and milk in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
    • Step 3
