Method
Step 1
In a large bowl place the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and parsley and mix to combine.
Step 2
To make the dressing, place apple cider vinegar, raw honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, ground celery seeds, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.Serve immediately.
