      • Crushed pepper
      • Cinnamon

    03 Method
    • Step 1
      In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high.
    • Step 2
      Add onion and pepper and cook until onions become translucent.
    • Step 3
      Add all other ingredients and stir to combine.
    • Step 4
      Bring to a soft boil stirring occasionally.
    • Step 5
      Lower to medium-low heat and stir occasionally for about 15-20 minutes, until quinoa is fully cooked.
    • Step 6
      Lower to low heat and allow to simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
    • Step 7
      Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
