Method
Step 1
Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Mix rubs ingredients together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Sprinkle pork chops with rubs and massage into meat on both sides. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place on grill and grill 6-8 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Remove from grill when pork reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees F. Cover with foil, let rest 5-10 minutes before enjoying. This will let the fibers of the meat relax and give you that juicy, tender pork chop you want!
