Fish tacos are my new favorite thing—lighter and healthier than beef tacos smothered in cheese. Try adding tomatoes, green onions and chopped jalapeno on top.

Ingredients:
Optional toppings: Hot pepper sauce, chopped tomatoes, green onions and jalapeno pepper
8 corn tortillas (6 inches), warmed
2 tsp. canola oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pound tilapia fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
Dash pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and quartered
1-1/2 tsp. lime juice
1-1/2 tsp. canola oil
2 cups angel hair coleslaw mix
